Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including business development, staff management, risk control, and customer service delivery, ensuring profitability and compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch’s territory.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
