About the Role:
As the Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in accelerating sales performance, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our premium cashew products to a diverse clientele, while contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets and distribution channels.
Market Expansion & Brand Promotion
Expand the customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Explore new markets and open untapped territories.
Execute promotional campaigns and support in-store activations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and retail partners.
Provide timely after-sales support and resolve client issues effectively.
Merchandising & Visibility
Supervise in-store merchandisers to ensure optimal product placement and display.
Track competitor activity and share actionable insights.
Reporting & Territory Management
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
Analyze sales data to drive strategy.
Effectively manage your territory and optimize route planning.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
