Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookstore Assistant, located in Lagos. The Bookstore Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers, handling sales transactions, organizing store displays, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Additionally, tasks will include updating the online store, processing online orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills and ability to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Inventory management and organizational skills
- Experience with sales transactions and cash handling
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for books and reading is a plus BSc degree or it;s equivalent.
