TSM is expanding and we’re looking for a Backend Developer who can build powerful, scalable backend systems for web and mobile applications. You’ll work with both Firebase and Supabase, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring our apps run smoothly at scale.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend systems for web and mobile applications
- Build and manage scalable databases using Firebase Firestore and Supabase
- Create robust APIs (REST & GraphQL) for frontend integrations
- Implement authentication systems (Firebase Auth, Supabase Auth)
- Handle cloud functions, serverless deployments, and webhooks
- Ensure data security, backups, and scalability across applications
- Optimize backend performance for fast, real-time experiences
- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration Document backend processes and system architectures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth, Storage)
- Experience working with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Familiar with serverless architecture and microservices
- Strong database design and optimization skills
- Knowledge of DevOps basics (CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows)
- Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.) Bonus: Experience with scalable architectures for high-traffic apps
