About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing EdTech platform, is on a mission to equip Africans with the digital skills of the future. We are seeking a B2C Student Enrollment & Sales Executive to drive student enrollment and sales.
In this role, you will be at the frontline of converting interest into impact by engaging prospective learners, guiding them through the enrollment process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, DMs, email, and calls into enrolled students.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding prospects’ goals and recommending suitable courses. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM stages (Contacted Call Booked Trial
- Enrolled).
- Achieve monthly targets of 100+ student enrollments across programs.
- Run follow-up and reactivation campaigns via WhatsApp and email.
- Submit weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and recommendations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and student experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2C sales (EdTech, bootcamps, telesales, or enrollment-based programs).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Pidgin is an added advantage).
- Comfortable with digital tools (HubSpot, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Trello, etc.).
- Strong goal orientation and resilience under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond empathetically.
- Familiarity with student financing models or deferred payment schemes. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced sales environment.
