Job Title: Reservations Manager

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to oversee guest reservations for our shortlet apartments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth booking processes, maximize occupancy, and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage guest reservations across booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Develop strategies to increase bookings through promotions, seasonal offers, and pricing adjustments.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
Monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and guest preferences to provide insights for growth.
Coordinate multiple reservations and operational tasks effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BSc (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Experience managing reservations or customer service roles in hospitality.
Proficiency with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
