Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Must have served
Proven experience in automation and process improvement
Excellent analytical skills
A proactive, solution-driven mindset
Key skills needed:
Programming/Scripting Languages
Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash for custom scripts and automation tasks.
RPA Tools (Robotic Process Automation)
UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate.
API Integration
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for system communication.
Database Management
SQL knowledge for querying and automating data manipulation.
Workflow Design
Tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or software like Camunda or Bizagi.
Cloud Services
Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud-based automation
