INTECH Process Automation is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Planning Engineer.

General responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Support different multi-disciplinary teams to drive business operations.
- Carry out resource assignments, review and approve submitted hours on MSP and create 3- month forecast for resource utilization.
- Report monthly WIP (work-in-progress) for all ongoing projects.
- Analyze and report revenue forecast, ensure timely submission of milestone invoices and track account receivables (ARs).
- Prepare and update risk-based project schedules for management reporting.
- Develop and track progress S-curves for early detection of variances from baseline so that appropriate recovery measures are put in place
- Conduct risk analysis with project management team and other stakeholders during project planning sessions and ensure the risk log is maintained and updated throughout the project.
- Ensure the right strategies are put in place for both opportunities and threats before project execution commences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
- Manage, track, and create forecasts on project cost to prevent overruns.
- Maintain internal processes to support business operations.
- Provide data to support business improvement decisions.
Requirements
- BS Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechatronics from a reputed university with 4-6 years of experience in planning function
- Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills and customer focus
- Hands-on Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, PowerBi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
