JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT HOME MANAGER
JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
Treasure Life Centre is a faith-based rehabilitation facility dedicated to transforming lives affected by substance use and addiction. Combining evidence-based psychiatric and psychological care with spiritual guidance, the centre adopts a holistic approach to recovery. Services include mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, life skills training, relapse prevention, and family counseling etc.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day functioning of the facility
- Ensure all services (admission, meals, housekeeping, medication, etc.) are running smoothly
- Monitor client progress and compliance with treatment plans
- Step in for the Home Manager during absences
- Monitor clients’ behaviour and well-being
- Assist in client admissions and onboarding process
- Help monitor supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance needs
- Assist with updating client files and reports
Required Skills
- Proven leadership abilities are key, including the ability to inspire and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to collaborate and lead team effectively
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, best practices in care management.
Proximity to IGANDO, LAGOS STATE is an advantage.
Education and Training
A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, and a master's degree in healthcare administration is an added advantage or a related field is often preferred.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a rehabilitation centre or similar setting, is essential. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.
