Job Summary
We are hiring for an Assistant Administration Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to support the Administration Manager in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising administrative staff and daily office operations.
- Support vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Manage company assets, logistics, and office supplies.
- Ensure smooth workflow of administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports and records. Provide support in handling employee-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in administration/office management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
