Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets
- Manage and grow distributor and retail networks
- Drive outlet expansion and field execution
- Ensure market intelligence reporting and stock management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of your assigned territory
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
