- The Graduate Trainee will be assigned to a specific department or function within the company, where they will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop skills and knowledge
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain records, reports, and other documentation as required
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong academic record and potential for growth and development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
