Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations: patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and payment processes
- Coordinate staff meetings and maintain office supplies
- Prepare reports, documentation, and handle correspondence professionally
- Manage and update the clinic’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content (photos, short captions, stories) to promote services and special offers
- Respond to online inquiries and direct messages promptly
- Assist with basic online marketing campaigns and community engagement Track social media performance and report growth metrics
