Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Conduct detailed menu costing and ensure profitability across food and beverage items
Monitor procurement processes and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Track inventory movements and perform regular reconciliations with kitchen and bar stock
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Liaise with department heads (kitchen, procurement, service) to optimize cost control strategies

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry
Strong experience in menu costing, inventory management, and procurement tracking
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
