Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Audit financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and present financial reports, budgets, business plans, and commentaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and manage accounts to ensure proper reconciliation.
- Provide financial advice and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
