Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Assistant located in Yaba, Lagos. The Accounts Payable Assistant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Responsibilities include invoicing, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, communicating with vendors, and assisting with month-end financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- 2-3 years of expereince working in the payable unit is prefered.
- Expereince with accounting software and general ledger systems is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
