A beauty store in Lekki Phase 1 is in urgent need of an experienced Account Officer to join its team.

Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accountant
- Must reside within Lekki or be willing to commute conveniently
Job Description
* Develop daily/weekly and monthly sales report templates
* Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts
* (Monthly management reports must be ready within 2 weeks into the new month)
* Carry out weekly inventory reviews/cycle counts and reporting
* Conduct weekly process audit compliance checks
* Perform weekly control reviews (e.g., registers, etc.)
* Provide periodic advice on cost optimization initiatives
* Review financial controls periodically and recommend improvements
* Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve or improve finance-related matters
* Ensure revenue assurance
* Support projects requiring financial input (e.g., e-commerce website development)
* Ensure accurate product pricing (POS & website updates)
* Provide monthly reminders on VAT and support periodic audits
