Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Web Sales Executive to drive our digital revenue channels. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and leveraging online platforms to boost our presence and profitability.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads via website outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, and appropriate digital channels.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities—including online demos, presentations, and follow-ups—to convert leads into clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align strategies, optimize funnels, and deliver effective messaging.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and update CRM platforms consistently.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance data to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communications, onboarding support, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web-based, digital, or online sales (B2B or B2C).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting via email, video, or in person.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales technologies; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-minded, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
