Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using bin cards and the warehouse system.
• Plan and supervise loading/unloading to ensure safe, efficient truck dispatch.
• Prepare and confirm dispatch documents (delivery notes, waybills, confirmations).
• Conduct stock counts and report variances or low stock levels.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 0 – 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and documentation.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/warehouse software (Odoo experience is an advantage).
  
• Good supervisory and team management skills.
  
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and with external partners.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long hours when required.
  
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
