Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience
* Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
* Present menus and answer questions regarding items and specials
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
* Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism
2. Operational Excellence
* Follow table setup and clearing protocols
* Maintain cleanliness of tables and work areas
* Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards
* Follow all restaurant safety protocols (e.g., allergen alerts, spill handling)
3. Sales Support
* Recommend specials, up-sell add-on (drinks, sides, desserts)
* Process payments accurately via POS system
* Support takeout and delivery processes when necessary
* Maintain product knowledge (menus, combos, preparation style)
4. Team Contribution
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
* Assist other servers during peak times
* Attend daily shift briefings and training sessions
* Report guest feedback or service issues to the Shift Manager
