Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve orders promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
- Clear used plates, reset tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a waiter or restaurant service role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
