Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve orders promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Clear used plates, reset tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a waiter or restaurant service role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be well-groomed and presentable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
