As we get ready to launch, we’re looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Waitresses to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Job Summary
As a Waitress, you’ll be the face of our beach club, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. From taking orders with a smile to serving food and drinks efficiently, you’ll play a key role in creating the lively and memorable atmosphere we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items, cocktails, or specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and reset quickly for new guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and appearance.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Good memory and attention to detail when taking and delivering orders.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- MUST have prior waitressing experience
