Mamo Sphere is a grassroots microfinance venture redefining access to credit, savings, and dignity for underserved Nigerians — especially market women, artisans, and informal workers.
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsive volunteer social media engagement officers to help us manage our online presence and connect meaningfully with our audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
As part of our digital outreach and storytelling team, you’ll play a key role in boosting visibility, sparking conversation, and helping people understand and engage with our mission.
Responsibilities :

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a warm, professional tone
• Help post pre-designed content across platforms on a regular schedule
• Like, share, and engage with community posts and partners
• Support giveaways, polls, and community challenges
• Monitor platform engagement and report feedback from the audience
Stay aligned with Mamo’s voice — human, hopeful, bold

Qualifications :

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to check in multiple times a day
• Energetic, kind, and community-focused mindset
Passion for grassroots development or financial inclusion is a plus
