*Role Description*
This is a strategic opportunity for a performance driven professional to play a key role in shaping and leading a result-oriented team. It is the role of a Unit Manager located in Lagos with some work from home flexibility.
The Retail Development Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of insurance executives, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include providing training performance evaluations and support to the team members, ensuring compliances with company policies and staying updated on industry trends.
The role entails working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, assisting team members in closing deals and ensuring excellent customer services.
*Qualifications*

• Experience in insurance sales, sales strategy development and team management.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or a related field
• Strong leadership training and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven Sales production track record in the insurance industry
• Organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for insurance management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Nigeria Insurance Market is a plus.
