Job Position: Unit Manager
Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Responsibilties
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager at Brit Property Nigeria Ltd.
- The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing property units, coordinating with maintenance staff, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- The role will involve maintaining property standards, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Property Management, Real Estate, or related field experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Customer service orientation
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in property management software.
Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 monthly.
