Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Tubemill, Lathe, Milling, and Surface Grinding Machine Operators at Sunsteel Industries Limited, located in Agbara. The operators will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machine tools, performing quality control checks, and ensuring the machinery operates efficiently. Daily tasks include setting up machines, running production batches, and performing routine inspections and repairs as needed. Effective communication within the team is essential for coordinating workflow and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machinery
- Experience in Quality Control
- Skilled in using Hand Tools
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- OND mechanical engineering, mechatronics or technical certification is required Ability to work long hours in a challenging environment
