We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our sales team. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, assist in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Handle initial client inquiries via email, phone, or social media platforms.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to supervisors.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques under the guidance of senior sales staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
