We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to help us accelerate strategic growth and expand our impact across industries.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-value revenue, closing strategic deals, and leading complex sales cycles. You’ll be the face of Cybertron Ads to major clients and agency partners — presenting full-funnel ad solutions including programmatic campaigns, mobile advertising, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) offerings.
You will also mentor junior team members, help shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute to leadership-level insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development and deal closure — with enterprise clients and key agency accounts.
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy aligned with Cybertron Ads' business goals.
- Identify high-impact opportunities in fintech, telecom, FMCG, and other major verticals.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, marketing executives, and media buyers.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, market expansion, and partnership models.
- Contribute to product feedback and positioning based on client conversations and market trends.
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior sales team members when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in digital advertising, media, or technology.
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including programmatic, mobile, and DOOH.
- Excellent consultative selling skills — able to diagnose client needs and position compelling solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
- Existing network of C-level or senior marketing contacts is a strong advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with media buying platforms, DSPs, or ad networks.
- Knowledge of the African advertising landscape and agency ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
