Job Description:
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for Hikvision full range of security products (channel market), including IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control systems, intercoms, and software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, delivering product training, product demo and promotion, and working closely with sales team and internal R&D teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the security and surveillance industry.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR configurations, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, port forwarding) and troubleshooting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Hikvision products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed (Other Cities)
- CCNA, or equivalent networking certification. Certification in Hikvision or other security systems is advantageous
