Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sourcing and fulfillment support associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Oversee sourcing activities, including vendor onboarding, vendor management, product management, and price negotiation.
- Ensure the team adheres to standard operating procedures and delivers timely high-quality outputs.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Logistics teams to ensure seamless supplier integration.
- Resolve escalations related to supplier issues, product quality, or fulfillment delays.
- Analyze sourcing data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in an E-commerce company is an added advantage
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-volume operational tasks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with sourcing platforms or ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
