Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support business development efforts by responding to bid, sourcing suitable vendors, and handling essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management
- Monitor and respond to tenders daily
- Assist in drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality bid proposals.
- Maintain a bid tracker and ensure timely submissions.
- Vendor Sourcing
- Research and identify suitable vendors or delivery partners relevant to each bid.
- Build and maintain a database of reliable vendors and subcontractors.
- Liaise with vendors to gather pricing, services, and partnership details.
- Administrative Support
- File, organize, and maintain bid documentation and records.
- Manage digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Handle correspondence and basic communication tasks.
- Social Media & Online Presence
- Support in managing and updating the company’s LinkedIn page.
- Share updates on project wins, partnerships, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with bid writing and tendering platforms (desirable).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
