Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Representatives focused on school acquisition.
- Supervise daily sales activities, provide coaching, and ensure team targets are met.
- Assign sales territories and leads strategically to maximizing outreach.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead the go-to-market plan for Clannit for Schools, targeting private and public institutions.
- Develop territory coverage plans, outreach strategies, and pipeline growth initiatives.
- Represent Clannit at education fairs, PTA meetings, and school expos.
- Collaborate with Marketing to tailor campaigns and sales materials for regional impact.
Client & Deal Management
- Manage high-value school deals from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contracting.
- Build strong relationships with school owners, principals, and administrators.
- Work with Customer Relations to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Optimize sales processes, CRM compliance, and lead management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, Marketing) to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor team performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates using CRM tools. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or education-sector sales.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel for field engagements.
