Position: Strategy & Program Director – Scale-Up Programs
Full-Time | Remote | ₦150,000 Monthly Salary
Location: Remote (Nigeria-based candidates preferred)

The Lagos School of Export Management (LSEM) is a specialized academic and professional institution focused on building global business capabilities through practical training in international trade and export operations. Our Scale-Up Programs are designed to support entrepreneurs and professionals with the knowledge, mentorship, and strategy needed to succeed in foodstuff export and related trade sectors.

- Foodstuff Export Masterclass
- Export Mentorship Program
- Zero2Export Program
We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Strategy & Program Director to lead, scale, and optimize the enrollment and impact of our Scale-Up programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, promotion, and execution of all LSEM Scale-Up programs
- Take full ownership of program sales targets:
Minimum 10 enrolments per month per program
Minimum 30 enrolments per quarter across all programs
- Drive growth strategy, marketing collaboration, and funnel optimization to attract prospective participants
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and instructional teams to ensure a high-quality learner journey
- Analyze performance metrics and report regularly on sales pipeline, program effectiveness, and strategic goals
- Identify and secure new partnership and growth opportunities (corporate, institutional, and governmental) Represent LSEM in public-facing capacities including webinars, presentations, and partner briefings
Qualifications
- Proven sales and program leadership experience (education, B2C services, or edtech industry is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, business development, and enrollment conversion tactics
- Demonstrable track record in meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing online programs or virtual teams is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual comfortable with remote work Familiarity with international trade, export development, or entrepreneurship is a major plus
