Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of community-based projects
- Coordinate across departments and with partners/donors
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, generate reports Represent the Foundation in program-related meetings and field activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years in program/project management (preferably in NGOs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong planning, reporting, and coordination skills
