About the Role:
Saylex is an e-commerce marketplace empowering creators and small businesses. We’re seeking a Startup Operations Intern to help manage internal workflows, assist users, and streamline early-stage support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling inquiries from customers or vendors
- Keep track of basic order data, refunds, and product issues
- Create and update internal documentation (FAQs, policies, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with the team to keep operations smooth
What You’ll Need:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and basic spreadsheet proficiency
- Comfort working independently in a startup environment
