1) We are looking for people who are passionate about children with developmental needs.
2) The individual will receive paraprofessional training while on the job as a Special needs Technician and will work under a supervisor.
3) The individual must be smart and creative to ensure every therapy session with the assigned child runs smoothly and has a successful outcome.
4) Minimum educational requirement is Bachelor's degree/HND/ OND/NCE.
5) Prior experience is not entirely required but an added advantage. The selected candidate will be trained to work with neuro-divergent children.
