Position: Line Cook / Sous Chef
Location: Bourdillon Breakfast & Fries, Abuja
Reports to: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating while ensuring high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present meals (breakfasts, fries, akara, noodles, snacks, etc.) according to Bourdillon’s recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu execution and ensure consistency in taste, portion, and quality.
- Supervise kitchen assistants, delegating tasks and monitoring efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, report shortages, and help in managing stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation and kitchen etiquette.
- Ensure meals are served hot and on time, even during rush hours.
- Support in developing new recipes and food innovations to attract customers.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
