Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning: Creating meal plans that align with client preferences, dietary restrictions, and health goals.
- Grocery Shopping: Purchasing fresh, high-quality ingredients based on the chosen menus.
- Meal Preparation: Cooking meals, often including specialised dishes for specific dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, etc.).
- Kitchen Management: Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen space, including cleaning up after meal preparation.
- Serving and Storing: Potentially plating and serving meals, as well as providing instructions for reheating leftovers.
- Client Communication: Regularly consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Special Event Catering: May also be involved in preparing meals for special events or parties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Age 25 and above Culinary certificate is required
Location: 1st Ugbor, Benin City
Working Days and Time: Mondays - Saturdays, 8 AM - 5 PM
