Job Description
Managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, etc.) for them and their clients.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including text, images,
videos, and graphics.
- Monitor, track, and respond to audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to execute social media strategies.
- Conduct social media audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in community building and managing online communities for client brands.
- Help execute social media campaigns, track performance, and report insights.
Qualifications
- Smart, social, and tech-savvy individuals with a passion for social media and community management.
- A keen interest in digital marketing and building a career in social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for social media content.
- Tech-friendly with a solid understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
