Role Description & Responsibilities

This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Intern (Unpaid) . The Social Media Intern will work closely with the marketing and content teams to manage Sqwads' online presence. This role involves planning, posting, and engaging with content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts across all social media platforms.
• Write compelling captions and CTAs aligned with our brand voice.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Brainstorm and suggest content ideas based on trends and insights.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely graphics delivery.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Assist in growing our community through consistent online presence.
