Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator
Location: Lekki/Ajah

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our online presence, growing our audience, and enhancing our brand visibility across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule original content (images, videos, captions, graphics) across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Grow and engage followers through targeted content, trends, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc., and optimize content accordingly.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Organize and execute photo/video shoots as needed for content generation.
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in content creation, editing (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for digital media and branding.
Preferred:
Residence close to or within Lekki Phase 1
Portfolio or samples of previous social media work/content
