Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet operational needs and budget objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Oversee the purchase of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Manage supplier contracts, performance reviews, and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sustainability practices relevant to hospitality procurement.
- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service standards. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
