Job Summary:
Poly Dickson Nig. Ltd is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social MediaManager to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for our herbal wellness products. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded digital marketer with proven experience in content creation, platform-specific strategies, and performance analytics across major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar for all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and stories that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage newsletters and email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and provide educational content to subscribers.
- Design and manage sales funnels, ensuring social media content contributes to lead generation, customer retention, and conversion.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to continuously refine strategy and improve engagement.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (especially on Meta platforms) to drive product awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social campaigns with product launches, seasonal offers, and company objectives.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, and online promotions to increase reach and brand affinity.
- Protect and manage the company’s online reputation, responding to comments, reviews, and DMs in a timely, professional manner.
- Leverage SEO best practices in content creation, captions, hashtags, and platform use to increase organic reach.
- Use Meta Business Suite/Meta Ads Manager to manage content publishing, performance monitoring, and ad placements effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts across various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in social media content.
- Experience with email marketing tools and newsletter creation.
- A creative mindset with excellent design and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and digital customer journeys.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
