Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive, data-driven media strategies that drive brand engagement, achieve marketing objectives, and maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account management, digital, etc.) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Oversee the media buying and placement processes across digital channels, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and performance targets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic recommendations. Stay abreast of emerging media trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying and recommending innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in media strategy, media planning, or related roles within the advertising or marketing industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and optimizing media campaigns across various traditional and digital channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing media planning and buying tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs).
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with social media management and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
