Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule daily content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Manage the content calendar in alignment with product launches, campaigns, and events
Write engaging and fashion-forward captions with strong calls-to-action
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly
Monitor trends and viral content and incorporate relevant ones into the brand strategy
Collaborate with photographers, models, stylists, and creative assistants for shoot days
Track analytics and report on engagement, growth, and reach monthly
Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and UGC (user-generated content) collection
Maintain brand voice and aesthetic consistency across all platforms
Suggest and implement creative campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (fashion or beauty preferred)
Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, etc.)
Strong eye for aesthetics, visuals, and content styling
Good writing and communication skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes
Passion for fashion, styling, and digital trends
Basic photography or phone videography skills is a bonus
