Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), WhatsApp channels and others.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance daily, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI and meet KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Design and implement A/B testing across creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting strategies and understand customer behaviour.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend according to campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices. Work with product and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in advertising tools and dashboards, including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion rate optimisation.
