We are seeking a highly versatile Full-Stack Developer & Systems Integrator to work directly with our CTO on building a premium digital platform for high-end clients. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious founding team and play a key role in bringing a flagship product to market.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the CTO to plan and implement new platform features.

• Build secure, responsive, and visually premium client-facing interfaces.

• Develop backend services and APIs to power dynamic user experiences.

• Integrate secure payment gateways and third-party business APIs.

• Create and manage client portals with role-based access.

• Implement cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.

• Ensure scalability, speed, and security across all systems.

• Contribute to technical documentation and process optimisation.
  

Who You Are

• Comfortable working across frontend and backend stacks.

• Can integrate APIs, payment processors, and data services.

• Understand security best practices (auth, permissions, encryption).

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and backend frameworks (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar).

• Familiar with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar).

• Hands-on with DevOps basics — containerisation (Docker), CI/CD, monitoring.

• Problem-solver who can work independently but collaborate well.

• Highly organised — able to handle multiple streams of work without dropping quality.
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience building client portals or membership platforms.

• UI/UX sensibility with an eye for clean, minimal design.

• Knowledge of analytics dashboards and PDF report generation.

• Comfortable with partner integrations for social media publishing.
