The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive B2B lead generation, and establish JVEC Solutions as a thought leader in the IT consulting space.
You will have ownership of the entire digital funnel, from attracting potential clients to nurturing them into qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of B2B marketing in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel B2B digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
o Lead and mentor junior marketing staff and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
o Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and PPC advertising.
o Design and manage effective lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
o Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key enterprise accounts.
- Content & Brand Presence:
o Oversee the creation and promotion of high-value content such as case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, webinars, and technical articles that resonate with our target audience (CTOs, IT Directors, C-level executives).
o Manage and grow our online presence across all digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling narrative.
- Analytics & Reporting:
o Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
o Utilize Google Analytics, CRM data, and other analytics tools to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization.
o Prepare and present regular performance reports to the leadership team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead scoring, and follow-up processes.
o Collaborate with our technical consultants and subject matter experts to extract insights and create authentic, authoritative content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
o Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting industry.
o Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation.
o In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads), LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing automation.
o Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, SEMrush).
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
o Proven ability to manage budgets and report on ROI.
- Preferred:
o Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
o Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
o Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
o Experience marketing to C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
o A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content you have developed or managed.
