? We're Hiring:
Business Developer – Abuja (On-site)
Px Property Hub is looking for a Business Developer to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new opportunities in Nigeria’s dynamic real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client base and revenue
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Represent Px Property Hub at meetings, networking events, and property expos
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align goals and messaging
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Abuja (this is an on-site role)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
