Business Developer – Abuja (On-site)

Px Property Hub is looking for a Business Developer to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new opportunities in Nigeria’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client base and revenue
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
• Represent Px Property Hub at meetings, networking events, and property expos
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align goals and messaging

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Abuja (this is an on-site role)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
